At Pillowzz, we create custom pillows with high-quality materials and a premium finish, so you can enjoy them for a long time.
That said – we know life happens, so we’re happy to offer you an extended 4-month warranty on your product from the moment you receive it.
This warranty is here to make sure you get a durable, well-made product, and to give you the option to contact us if there’s a real manufacturing issue.
What’s covered under the warranty?
The warranty applies in cases where the pillow is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, including:
✔ A tear caused by faulty stitching
✔ A zipper/stitch that opens without unreasonable use
✔ Incorrect printing compared to the file you provided
✔ A defect in the fabric/material that is not the result of normal use
If we find that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace your pillow at no cost (a small shipping fee may apply).
What’s not covered by the warranty?
To keep things fair, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:
❌ Natural wear and tear from daily use
❌ Damage caused by unreasonable use (heavy dirt, improper washing, exposure to harmful substances)
❌ Damage caused by a pet (scratching / biting / tearing)
❌ Moisture, stains, mold, or long-term exposure to strong sunlight
❌ Design dissatisfaction with the image uploaded by the customer
❌ Quality issues resulting from a low-resolution or poor-quality image provided for the order
(Important: the product is made directly from the file uploaded by the customer — therefore, we cannot provide a warranty for an image that is not sharp, bright, or high quality.)
How to use the warranty
If something goes wrong – we’re here to help quickly and fairly:

Handling time: 3–7 business days from the moment we receive your request
After reviewing your case, if the issue is covered by the warranty, you’ll receive:
A replacement pillow at no cost
or
Store credit for a future purchase on the website
(based on our discretion and the severity of the case)
