Every Pillowzz product is handmade and fully personalized just for you.
Because of that, we believe in complete transparency, so you’ll know exactly how our return and cancellation policy works — clearly and fairly for both sides.

Personalized Products — Important to Know

Each pillow is created based on the image/file you upload to the website, made specially for each customer.
For this reason, personalized products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded due to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design provided by the customer.

Examples:

❌ Low-quality image uploaded
❌ Incorrect size/color chosen by the customer
❌ Customer changes their mind after production begins
❌ “It’s not what I imagined” when the pillow was made according to the uploaded file

Our responsibility is to create a high-quality product based on the file you provide.
Your responsibility is to upload a sharp, clear image — and consult with us before ordering if you’re unsure.

When can we offer a solution?

If there is an issue with the product itself — we’re with you all the way.
A solution will be provided only in the following cases:

✔ Physical damage to the product upon arrival
✔ Product received is different from what was ordered
✔ A production error on our side

In these situations, one of the following will be provided:

A replacement at no cost
Store credit for a future purchase
Refunds are not provided — only exchange or credit, based on company review.

How to request a review or exchange

➡ Attach your order number + a photo of the issue

Our team will get back to you within 3–5 business days with a suitable solution.

 Requests regarding damaged/incorrect products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Before production starts — cancellation is possible with no charge
After production begins — refunds are not available
In special cases, and according to company discretion, store credit may be offered instead.

(Since every item is custom-made and enters production shortly after the order is placed.)
